AUUG Inc. invites you to participate in the regions only UNIX and Open Systems
Conference and Exhibition which will be held over 3 days, 3rd to 5th September,
1997 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
This exhibition and conference has always attracted leading companies to
participate in this premier event.
As Unix and Open Systems to push ahead this year's exhibition will be
complemented by a very strong Technical Programme.

- Individual inserts each offering immediate enticement to the delegates
to visit your stand or enquire about your product.
- Exhibition Show Bag with your logo on one side the Conference Logo on
the other side to include a company insert
- Light Box - A$1,500
At entrance of Exhibition, first and last impression on entire audience.
EXHIBITING
Your participation in this Exhibition, entitles one person from your company
to the following benefits:
- Attendance at the Cocktail Reception
- Provision of morning and afternoon coffee
- Attendance at the Conference Dinner and in addition your company
will be given a:
- Listing in the Conference Brochure
- Free of charge listing in the final programme
- Free of charge listing in the Exhibitor's Guide
- 200 Trade passes to invite your existing and potential clients
to visit the Exhibition.
The Cost for Exhibiting
- A$260 per sq.m. - SPACE ONLY
- A$290 per sq.m. - SHELL SCHEME
Stands are available of various sizes and configuration (please refer
to the floor plan).
Each shell scheme stand offers the following features:
- Velcro material surface
- Fascia headerboard company name sign
- Two 75 watt electric spot lights
- One 15 amp power point
Please complete the enclosed application form and return it to the Organisers
together with 50% of the amount for the stand/area of your choice.
Setting Up and Dismantling
Setting up of the stands will take place on Tuesday, 2 September, 1997 and dismantling of the stands will take place on Friday, 5 September, 1997 after 4.00pm.
All stands and equipment will need to be cleared from the centre by 11.00 pm.
Conditions

Please complete the enclosed application form and return it to the Organisers
together with 50% of the amount for the stand/area of your choice.

For withdrawals and/or cancellations of exhibition space and/or sponsored
items, received in writing prior to or on the following dates, the following
cancellation fees will apply:
- 30th June, 1997, 50% of total amount contracted for.
- After 30th June, 1997, 100% of total amount contracted for.

Your investment in sponsoring is dependent upon the category of your choice.
Please complete the enclosed application form and return it to the Organisers
together with 50% of the amount for the item you wish to sponsor.

On the 1st July, 1997 you will be invoiced for the remainder 50% balance
of the amount owed on the item you are sponsoring and/or your exhibition
space and your payment will need to reach our office by no later than
31st July, 1997 in order to ensure continuity of your involvement.
